Enroll kids in team sports. It's important for kids to be able to be apart of a group. However, groups need leaders. A good leader understands that he/she are only as strong as their gamers. A great leader won't insult the other gamers but will reveal them how to improve their video game. A great leader can rally the team onto triumph through inspiration and inspiration. A great leader understands when to accept the appreciation and how to praise others.
